Shipping Policy

At Origin Complex, we work with trusted shipping partners including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and local delivery carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and reliably.

All orders are processed securely, and payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment. In some cases, additional verification may be required to help prevent fraudulent transactions.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or product restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to make changes, including shipping address adjustments.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped during standard business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For orders containing multiple items, products may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability and fulfillment location.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing time.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear depending on the carrier.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges determined by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or collected by Origin Complex.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information if needed.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Origin Complex is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help guide you through the process.

To help us review shipping-related concerns efficiently, please report any issues as soon as possible after delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Because orders begin processing quickly, we are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or shipment processing, we may not be able to modify or reroute the package.
